1. Place the filled liquid bottle upside down on the work basket, and check that the lower opening of the liquid bottle should be aligned.

2. Place the vacuum basket in the vacuum tank, cover the quick-open tank lid and lock it.

3. Close the vent valve and liquid inlet valve, open the vacuum pump, adjust the real air conditioner connecting valve to make the vacuum degree (depending on the trial filling volume) meet the process requirements, and step on the foot pedal to insert liquid into the bottom of the filled liquid bottle.

4. Slowly open the liquid inlet valve, then the liquid level in the filling rises, and at the same time open the vent valve to keep the liquid level between the liquid level specified by the sight glass.

5. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge is in the 0 state, it is proved that the liquid filling is completed, return the foot collapse plate, and open the quick-opening tank cover to take out the liquid bottle that is also filled.
